Mini Cooper Accessories? Please help.?

My mom has a 2006 Mini Cooper convert that she bought off my sister back in Jan of 2006 (My sister won it from dr.pepper sweetstakes actually).

We been looking everywhere and can't find the "wind up key" (that turns or stays stationary)
